Our house is built with granite of the country of 20cm thick and exterior walls of anodised aluminum and Wood which ensures an excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. In its construction,we wanted to that would override the quality; for this reason, the soils, fitted wardrobes and doors are solid oak.
It has elevator, garage and a large free private parking. The facilities are located in an area of 4000 m2. For your entertainement, we offer a heated swimming pool open all year.
We have a multipurpose room and a large grill where you can enjoy great barbecues, or experience the magic with an authentic "Galician queimada" from the hand of the master of ceremonies Ramón Piñeiro.

We are close to the famed Cruceiro de Hío, less than 100 meters from the beach. Less than 200 m from the villages of Vilariño and Iglesario where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops...
In its surroundings, you can enjoy beautiful landscapes as naturist beach of Barra and Cabo Home where you can admire spectacular views of the Rias Baixas and The Cies Islands (Natural Park of the Atlantic Islands). At just ten minutes you will find Cangas de Morrazo -the beautiful traditional fishing town- and just over 30 minutes the towns of Vigo and Pontevedra. From Cangas de Morrazo, we suggest you embark to the Cies Islands, Vigo and Bayona.
